01.1. Account Terms & Eligibility
• You must be of legal age (at least 18 years old) to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and for all content posted via your workspace.
02.2. Platform Policies & Community Standards
Because PostPlanner integrates with social networks via official APIs, you explicitly agree to comply with:
- YouTube Terms of Service & Google Privacy Policy
- Meta Terms of Service & Meta Community Standards
- TikTok Terms of Service & TikTok Community Guidelines
- LinkedIn User Agreement
- X (Twitter) Terms of Service
03.3. Prohibited Content & Fair Use
You may not upload or schedule any content that infringes intellectual property, contains malicious code, promotes hate speech, violates privacy, or constitutes spam or automated harassment.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions without prior notice.
04.4. Limitation of Liability & Service Availability
• Services are provided 'As-Is'. While we aim for 99.9% uptime, we are not liable for delayed or failed publishing resulting from third-party social platform downtime, rate limits, or API quota exhaustion.
05.5. Modifications & Termination
You may cancel your account and disconnect social connections at any time. We reserve the right to revise these Terms periodically with notice on the platform.
