Data Deletion Instructions

In accordance with Meta Platform Terms, TikTok policies, and GDPR, you have the right to request deletion of all your personal data associated with PostPlanner.

Option 1: Instant Self-Service Deletion

1. Log into your dashboard and navigate to Connected Channels:

Go to Connections Page

2. Click 'Disconnect' next to any channel. Encrypted access tokens are immediately erased and authorizations revoked.

Option 2: Revoke Directly From Meta/TikTok

• In Facebook: Go to Settings & Privacy ➔ Settings ➔ Apps and Websites ➔ Find PostPlanner and click 'Remove'.

• In TikTok: Go to Profile ➔ Settings and Privacy ➔ Security ➔ Manage App Permissions.
